Scarlett Johansson proves why you should never mess with a bad-ass cyborg in the latest teaser for the live-action adaptation of the manga classic Ghost In The Shell.
The film will see Scarlett Johansson as The Major,a member of an elite cyborg counter-cyberterrorism task force known as Section 9, who battles the cyber criminals and hackers of New Port City.
Things take a strange turn however when a new violent enemy known as The Laughing Man emerges who will stop at nothing to sabotage Hanka Robotics’ artificial intelligence technology.
Complicating matter’s are the techno-terrorists’ ties to The Major’s mysterious past and it becomes clear that he knows far more about our hero than even she does.
Joining Scarlett Johansson on her quest to uncover the truth are Pilou Asbæk, Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt and Takeshi Kitano.
Ghost In The Shell Hacks it’s way into cinemas on 31 March.
