Scarlett Moffatt won the nation’s heart as the wisecracking girl next door on Channel 4’s reality gem, Gogglebox.
Like her Hollywood heroine namesake, 27-year-old Scarlett has a striking appearance, with a mane of thick, glossy hair, huge blue eyes and a vivacious chuckle.
Over the years she has undergone various transformations; even dropping from a size 18 to a size 8 back in 2016. She has also had veneers and lip fillers, further enhancing that mischievous smile.
However, Dr MediSpa cosmetic surgeon, Dr Munir Somji, believes the likeable presenter’s face has changed quite dramatically over the years, and not just due to the passage of time…
Dr Somji told Now magazine how he believes the star has undergone extensive plastic surgery:
In my opinion, Scarlett’s had a rhinoplasty, which [means her nose is] now out of proportion to her face as her cheeks are larger from fillers.
Later in life, clients usually regret the current trend of having a smaller nose.
The surgeon added:
Scarlett may have also had Botox to lift and arch the brow, liposuction under the chin and fillers to create a more pointy chin.
This difference is apparently noticable when looking at images of Scarlett during her pre-fame appearance on MTV’s Beauty School Cop Outs in 2013.
This isn’t the first time Scarlett has been accused of secretly going under the knife.
Earlier this month, a source told The Mirror how Scarlett’s fitness model boyfriend Lee Wilkinson has expressed concerns over Scarlett altering her face too much:
Lee is totally against Scarlett changing,
He’s begged her, ‘Don’t do a Jordan (Katie Price) and start destroying your face, you’re perfect the way you are.’
The source added:
She’s her own biggest critic and has confided in friends that she’s not happy with her weight, her lips or her overall look,
Let’s remind ourselves why Scarlett is just so easy to warm to in the following clip:

Many fans have also expressed concerns about changes they have seen in the telly personality’s appearance.
One fan begged:
Stop getting work done. Please. I would’ve been more than happy as you were. You were perfect before… in fact I’d have killed for someone as beautiful as you used to be.
I don’t care how much I get slated for the change you’ve made. Stop please while you’re ahead, you are a still a vision of loveliness as it is
Another despaired:
What happened to you? :( you looked so much prettier with your natural looks before what ever it is you’ve done. Such a shame you thought you needed to do that, you were so pretty before!
Posting an adorable picture of her six-year-old self on Instagram today, Scarlett appeared to hit back at critics, claiming she hadn’t changed:
This is me age 6. I have the same button nose, chubby cheeks & monobrow that I do now (just now highlighter and contouring exists ha) I also have the same attitude in that life is measured by how many times I laugh a day and how much love I have in my heart. because that’s all that truly matters!
Ladies, women, girls… despite what most media thrusts upon you … we are more than an aesthetic shell. I like to stay positive & focus on my fellow females achievements… as woman we are more than our looks, weight, clothes, our partner!!
Stay strong & let’s not let this 2018 social conformity of behaving a certain way bring us down!! In the words of little mixes jade “we can wear what we want & twerk if we want”
Scarlett is a beautiful girl inside and out, with absolutely no need to change.
Hopefully, as she reaches ever soaring heights of TV presenting stardom, she won’t leave behind the family girl from County Durham we all know and love.
