Seven Celebrities Who Surprisingly Endorse Donald Trump

Presidential campaigns are notoriously temperamental affairs, easily derailed by just a hint of controversy, so it doesn’t hurt to get endorsed by popular figures.

To that end Donald Trump could be set to land some unexpected votes from followers of the cult of celebrity.

Some of the celebs publicly endorsing The Apprentice mogul’s bid to become commander-in-chief are pretty surprising though.

Kid Rock

Kid Rock was pretty vocal in his support of Mitt Romney when he ran against current president Barack Obama and he is sticking to his Republican guns in 2016 it seems.

He told Rolling Stone:

I’m digging Trump. I feel like a lot of people, whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, feel like if you get Hillary or Bernie, or you get Rubio or Cruz or whoever, there’s going to be the same shit. Has that much fucking changed when anyone’s in office, whether it’s been a Republican or a Democrat in office, in our lifetime, anyway? I haven’t really seen this big, like, fucking change. Obviously some people fucked up. [Laughs] That’s a long debate. My feeling: let the motherfucking business guy run it like a fucking business. And his campaign has been entertaining as shit.

Tila Tequila

‘I’m a huge Donald Trump supporter and so should you’, Tequila said eloquently in a YouTube post to rally support for Trump.

‘Don’t be a sheep and follow what the media says’, Tequila implores viewers, she’d much rather you were a sheep and follow what she says.

This is the same woman who called Hitler a ‘sweet kid‘ remember.

Charlie Sheen

Despite previously calling Trump a ‘shame pile of idiocy’ on Twitter, Charlie Sheen flip flopped a month later and stated his desire to become vice president alongside him.

Well Sheen is nothing if not unpredictable.

Mike Tyson

Tyson’s support of Trump was pretty unequivocal after he appeared on HuffPost Live in 2015.

He said:

He should be president of the United States.

Tyson also referred to Trump as ‘the man’ and suggested his hardline rhetoric on immigrants may not actually reflect his personal politics.

Tyson described Trump’s language on Latinos as ‘crude’ but said he needs time to grow.

Azealia Banks

This endorsement came straight out of left-field, but is not as straight forward as you may think.

In a long series of tweets Banks revealed her intention to vote to ‘make America great again’ but it is basically because Trump is the most obvious piece of shit in the running.

Banks argued that the country is evil, politicians are evil, so why not elect the one who doesn’t lie and hide their evil policies.

Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan hasn’t painted himself in glory over the past 12 months so why wouldn’t he back Trump?

The former wrestling idol placed on record his desire to be Trump’s running mate, so clearly he and Charlie Sheen have a few items to discuss.

Dennis Rodman

Dennis Rodman is an eccentric guy and his take on politics appears no different.

He made his support of Trump very clear via social media.

Rodman is also a friend of Kim Jong Un, and even went to North Korea for the Supreme Leader’s birthday.

The worst case scenario is that Rodman is carefully plotting world domination through aligning himself with powerful political leaders, or maybe he’s just starring in his own version of The Interview and is undercover.

I don’t know which is preferable.
