Shia LaBeouf is a man that struggles to stay out of trouble and last week was no different as he was arrested again for public drunkenness.
The Transformers star was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning in Georgia, USA, for disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness.
And if you thought that things couldn’t get any worse for the actor, he then decided to verbally assault a police officer at the station, ranting that he must feel ashamed that his wife prefers ‘black dick’ and watches porn.

Shia LaBeouf has now published an apology on Twitter saying that he believes he has hit rock bottom and is taking steps to get his addiction under control.
He said:
I am deeply ashamed of my behaviour and make no excuses for it.
The severity of my behaviour is not lost on me.
It is a new low. A low I hope is a bottom.
I have been struggling with addiction publicly for far too long, and I am actively taking steps toward securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes.
It appears that Shia is really determined to get his life back on track after the events of last week.
Sources have told TMZ that the actor was back on set of a film that he is shooting in Savannah on Monday.
Hopefully he will be back on the straight and narrow soon.
