Shocking footage of a large crater swallowing a street in China has emerged, with the sinkhole now engulfing the entire street.

One person has tragically been killed, with a car also being consumed by the hole in the highly populated area.
The footage was recorded by people who lived in Dongguan, southern China, who saw the whole terrifying incident for themselves.

One bystander was heard screaming: ‘Oh my God, it’s so scary.’
According to reports, the road had begun to disintegrate on August 11th, but by the following day, saw the full force of the collapse.
Both water and gas pipes broke, leading to water spillages and gas leaks in the area.
