Some outrageous footage has surfaced of a small girl driving a car on a busy highway as her parents watch on and even film it.
The video, coming straight out of China after originally surfacing on Weibo (their version of Facebook), shows the young girl as she weaves in and out of traffic on a road even most adults would have to drive carefully on.
Babbling throughout, and bare big enough to see over the steering wheel, the tiny driver is urged on by her father who tells her to drive carefully and take over other vehicles. The person recording is believed to be her mother.

Eventually, the father takes over the driving, and as his daughter moves over to the passenger seat, she pops a dummy in her mouth, further solidifying her age.
The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities. Mental.
