The stars of classic films such as Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have just announced the name of their next film, Slaughterhouse Rulez.

Pegg and Frost have just formed their very own production company, Stolen Picture, and Slaughterhouse Rulez, a horror comedy, will be the studios first feature film Deadline reports.

Set in ‘an elite boarding school’ known as The Slaughterhouse where boys and girls are groomed for greatness the movie follows Don Wallace, a young man from a very different background to the rest of the pupils.

Unfortunately for Don, he must navigate this terrifyingly ancient and arcane school’s rules and regulations while also contending with sadistic sixth formers and the school’s goddess Clemsie.

If it’s anything like as good as this, we’re on to a winner:

Things somehow manage to get even worse for Don however when an unspeakable evil released from a controversial fracking site pits pupils, teachers and the school matron against each other in a bloody battle for survival.

Yeah it sounds like a bad report card’s the least of Don’s worries.

Frost and Pegg are exec producing the film with Crispian Mills (A Fantastic Fear of Everything) taking on directorial duties. The story’s based on a script Mills wrote with Henry Fitzherbert.

While the whole project sounds interesting we’ve no word on how involved Pegg and Frost will be as producers, plus there’s no Edgar Wright (the third and often forgotten mastermind behind the Cornetto trilogy) so don’t expect the project to be too similar to their previous work.

Still, exciting stuff…
