WikimediaBritain’s incredible run of luck with the EuroMillions draw continued last night, when another UK ticket holder scooped the prize.
The lucky lottery player won an eye-watering £51.8 million in the latest draw which makes them the third Briton this year to win the life-changing sum of money, the BBC reports.
The winning numbers were 09, 01, 05, 22 and 38 and the winning Lucky Star numbers are 10 and 02. Four ticket holders also matched five numbers and one lucky star to win £207,523 each while 12 people matched five numbers to claim £23,058.

This is the third jackpot to be won here in the UK this year.

Back in February, a UK winner won a £24.8m EuroMillions jackpot while later that month a British player was the winner of a £24.6m EuroMillions jackpot .
Meanwhile on Tuesday, Camelot announced it had paid out £35.1m, the biggest prize ever won by a single ticket holder on the UK Lotto game.
No word on whether the lucky winner will decide to go public but I imagine they’d probably want to keep this big win under their hats…
