There was one question Stormy Daniels was fully prepared to answer during her interview on 60 Minutes about her alleged affair with President Trump, but it never came up.

Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said on Monday, (March 26), she was prepped to discuss The Donald’s private parts.

He told Today:

She can describe his genitalia. She can describe various conversations they had that leave no doubt as to whether this woman is telling the truth.

And if she’s not telling the truth, let the president take to the podium and call her a liar. Let the president come forward and say it never happened.

Trump has not yet directly responded to Daniel’s claims but might have been alluding to it in a tweet.

On Monday, he tweeted:

So much Fake News. Never been more voluminous or more inaccurate. But through it all, our country is doing great.

It was recently revealed how Daniels was suing the President. In the lawsuit, Daniels – real name, Stephanie Clifford – said she wanted to go public with her alleged decade-old affair with Trump in the lead up to the election.

Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen and Daniels’ then attorney, Keith Davidson, negotiated a ‘hush agreement’, in which she would be paid $130,000. The lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles’ Superior Court on Tuesday March 7, suggests Trump was aware of the agreement and the money was intended to influence the election’s outcome.

The lawsuit claims:

Mr. Trump, with the assistance of his attorney, Mr. Cohen, aggressively sought to silence Ms. Clifford as part of an effort to avoid her telling the truth, thus helping to ensure he won the presidential election.

Clifford’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who has close ties to the Democrats, shared the suit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Stormy’s lawyer then took to Twitter to say:

The ‘hush money’ arrived, after delays and complications, on October 27, 12 days before the election, according to emails reviewed by The Washington Post.

Daniels has now asked the court to declare her nondisclosure agreement before the 2016 election void because Trump did not sign it.

However, a source said it required the signature of Cohen or Trump, but not both.

The lawsuit also raises new accusations against Cohen, claiming he forced Daniels to sign a statement denying the affair ‘through intimidation and coercive tactics’, as well as trying to silence her.

Daniels, a former NightMoves, AVN and XRCO Hall of Famer, as well as a 40-Year-Old Virgin actor, alleges Cohen formed an LLC in her real name in Delaware ‘to hide the true sources of funds to be used to pay Ms. Clifford, thus further insulating Mr. Trump from later discovery and scrutiny’.

The alleged affair between Daniels and Trump is said to have taken place in 2005, just months after his wife Melania Trump gave birth to their son Barron, who’s now 12-years-old.
