A car crash on Friday in Limerick, Ireland, has killed two teenagers.
Delia Keary, 18, was riding in the front passenger seat in a car with her boyfriend Gary Kelly, 19, when their vehicle collided with a truck on the N21 Limerick Tralee Road, a short distance from Abbeyfeale.
Keary was rushed to University Hospital Limerick, where she later died from her injuries. Kelly, who was driving the jeep, was killed instantly on impact.

Friends of the young couple paid tribute to the ‘teenage sweethearts’ online, who died on Mother’s Day weekend.
One friend of Gary’s wrote:
Rest in peace Gary Kelly my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time, god took you too soon you still had your whole life to live but he gained a beautiful soul who was always smiling.

Delia and Gary have since been described as a ‘wonderful’ couple.
Another mourner wrote:
I’m so grateful to have had you in my life for as long as you were here, and I hope you rest in peace.
With all my love x

The driver of the truck involved in the crash was said not to be injured.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to contact Newcastle West Garda Station on 069 20650, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
Our thoughts are with Gary and Delia’s families at this difficult time.
