Solidifying your high school memories with senior photos is common for most students.
They’re a unique and personalised tradition and most often come with many themes – friends frolicking in a grass field, the pose-behind-a-tree look or for Alexis Boatfield, sitting in front of an edgy urban setting with a giant penis above your head.
The 19-year-old made the discovery on Sunday night while going through senior photos with her boyfriend. Showing him one of her sitting down in front of a grafitti-splayed wall, Boatfield asked him if he thought she looked cute.
He responded: “Yeah, except the big dick above your head.”
Surprisingly, that was the first time Boatfield – or anyone else for that matter – had noticed the massive phallic drawing in the photo.
The 19-year-old told Buzzfeed: “This picture was all over Facebook a year ago,” and added that it was also ‘printed out in many forms’.
But somehow she never noticed it, and nobody else seemed to either.
The big question is though, how did her professional photographer not pick up on this massive cock-up?
Well apparently it’s an easy mistake, and this isn’t the first or only time it’s happened:
Well at least she’s not alone.
Boatfield is now a student at Bowling Green State University, so maybe she can get some penis-free shots when she graduates.
