The first trailer for the new, revamped Top Gear has just dropped and, yep, there’s a lot of fast cars on display.
It’s pretty much what you’d expect, featuring a bunch of awesome supercars, shots from races around the globe, and a hint at some of the challenges the new team will be undertaking in the series.
Oh, and fighter jets and motorbikes too. Obviously.
While the new presenting line-up for the revamped show continues to divide opinion, even the most ardent of critics will probably enjoy footage of Chris Evans throwing up at the side of the track and Matt LeBlanc driving around while wearing a Stars and Stripes helmet.
Reports have suggested that the production of the show has been beset by problems behind-the-scenes, but you wouldn’t know it from the strength of the new footage.
We’re honestly not sure how the revamped version of Top Gear will stack up against its predecessor or, indeed, with former trio Clarkson, Hammond and May’s new Amazon Prime venture, but we’ll definitely be tuning in to check it out!
The new series of Top Gear is expected to hit our screens in May.
