Some lucky people have already been able to get to grips with the multiplayer portion of DOOM through the closed alpha back in October, but this is the most we’ve ever seen of the campaign section.
id SoftwareThe trailer is typically DOOM-y, with spectacularly over-the-top kill after spectacularly over-the-top kill raining down. One demon gets his eye punched in, another has his skull crushed while another is chainsawed in half. Ouch.
There’s only so many ways you can describe just how gory this is, so watch the trailer below.
Publishers Bethesda and id Software have now given DOOM an actual, honest to god release date of May 13, and will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. Good luck, Marine.
