Twitter/Leith Abou FadelA three-foot tall jihadi dwarf has caused a bit of a stir online after he apparently joined the terror war in Syria.
It sounds like a deleted scene from Austin Powers, but this looks totally legit – this little soldier is barely taller than his Kalashnikov assault rifle and has already earned the nickname ‘Al-Chihuahua’.
The mini-me jihadi is understood to have enlisted with the Al Qaeda-linked group Jabhat Al-Nusra which is fighting the Assad regime and the Islamic State (ISIS).

Pictures of the tiny rebel posing in sunglasses and camouflage gear appeared online after they were shared on Twitter by Leith Abou Fadel, editor-in-Chief of the English-language Arabic news website Al-Masdar News, who nicknamed him ‘Abu Ahmad Al-Chihuahua’.
Speaking to the Mail Online, Fadel said:
A friend shared his picture and I picked up on it. I tried to find out more about him, but the information was limited. All we know is that he is a member of the Syrian Al Qaeda group Jabhat Al-Nusra.
The images haven’t been verified so this could all be one big hoax but, either way, I think we can all agree that we want to find out more about this guy and any potential ties he has to Willy Wonka…
