We’ve seen Toy Story so many times and we can’t believe this has been staring us in the face all this time.
The general consensus is that the Toy Story series is Pixar’s crowning achievement in their long line of illustrious films. One of the great things about the production company is the tiny little nuggets of information they hide within their films.
Twenty two years since it’s original release, we’re still finding new things to pick at in Toy Story but this latest revelation just freaks the fuck out of us.
The creepy fact is to do with Woody and Buzz’s owner, Andy. To most of us growing up, we wanted to be like him – he had all the Toys in the world and was the envy of his friends and his sadistic next door neighbour Sid. What we didn’t know is that they all have the same face!
It’s true, just take a look!

If you look closely, particularly at the kid with the yellow cap, they’ve got a similar template face to Andy.
But this next one has to be most shocking one. He bares a striking resemblance to toy torturer enthusiast, Sid.
Just slap a set of braces on Andy and hey-presto you get Sid!
So why do all the kids in the first Toy Story film lookalike?
We reckon part of it is to do with the fact that upon its original release in 1995 the concept of a CGI film was untested. Toy Story was really the benchmark for a fully realised CGI feature film, hence why by today’s sophisticated standards it looks a bit dated.
Still a bloody great film though, if you haven’t watched (tsk tsk) we suggest you buy a copy and watch it over the weekend.
