An intrepid photographer has travelled the length of China visiting theme parks during their off-season, resulting in some haunting – and some beautiful – images.
Italian Stefano Cerio is clearly a man who’s not fond of people. He’s spent a good portion of his time avoiding them as he made his way across China to visit the water parks, theme parks and attractions that people flock to in warmer months, but lay deserted during the winter.
Journeying to cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and Hong Kong, Cerio has captured the moments in-between the madness as the parks lay dormant.
Check out some of his amazing images below and Stefano’s website linked above for more.
