Only a day after the US government released a video warning of the dangers of fireworks on the 4th July, shocking footage has been released showing just how real the danger is.
A fireworks display caused chaos and it really makes you wonder how safe they really are.
Despite the fireworks display in Avon, Colorado, being put on by professionals, it still went wrong, and the 20,000 strong crowd were left horrified.
A shell exploded in its tube instead of firing into the sky and according to officials, this caused it to then fire two to three shells into the crowd, causing injuries.
Nine people suffered injuries after the accident, but thankfully, they were all minor and were able to be treated by paramedics at the scene, with the injured people being able to then go home to recover.
