A drone in flight caught footage of a massive stovepipe tornado as it moved through Hutchinson, Kansas on Monday.

Justin Watkins was taking his drone out for a spin during a nice sunny day when he spotted the swirling vortex heading towards town.
The footage shows the size of this weather beast, although it is a shame that Watkins didn’t fancy taking the drone in for a closer look.

But since the tornado was kicking up anything in its path of destruction, Justin probably didn’t fancy the chances of losing his expensive piece of kit!
