Ingredients:

-4 tablespoons all purpose flour
-1/8 teaspoon baking powder
-1/16 teaspoon baking soda
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-3 tablespoons milk
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon marinara (tomato) sauce
-1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
-5 mini pepperoni
-1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

In a microwavable mug, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.

Then add the milk and oil before whisking together.

Just spoon and spread on your tomato sauce, then add your dried herbs, cheese and pepperoni and you’re ready to go.

Then blast it in the microwave for 70/80 seconds, or until it rises and the topping is bubbling away.
