If you happen to have £15,000 sat in your back pocket and just want one solitary evening away why not visit Milan?
This is the recently refurbished Excelsior Hotel Gallia, which lies in the heart of the city.
According to the Daily Mail the 235-room hotel recently claimed the title of best hotel in Europe, while its Katara Suite was named the best hotel suite on the planet.
Check it out:
As we mentioned earlier a stay in this lavish 11,000 square foot suite, the largest in Italy, does not come cheap, with prices starting from €20,000 (£15,000 or $21,800).
But with four bedrooms and the ability to sleep eight people you could always split the cost?
The Katara Suite also offers an incredible number of spa features including a Turkish bath, sauna, and a hot tub. Probably to make sure guests don’t stink up the beautiful joint.
Guests in the suite even have their choice of two private outdoor seating areas to take in some incredible views of Milan.
There are Fendi Casa furnishings, unique pieces from Poltrona Frau, Flos table lamps, Murano chandeliers, Limoges porcelain, French Crystal, a meeting room, private entrance and table football.
Fancy as fuck.
