Stick your tongue out – can you lick your elbow? What about your eye? How about your ear? Chances are you probably can’t, because it’s basically humanly impossible.
It’s a frustrating defeat for pretty much all of us – except Gerkary Blanco.
The 20-year-old from Florida has a tongue so freakishly long she can not only lick her elbow, but also her eye. And her ear. And the tip of her nose. Oh, and up both nostrils (though not at the same time – that’d just be weird).
Blanco’s tongue is thought to be about four inches long. To put that in perspective, that’s longer than Gene Simmons’ tongue, and possibly longer than the current world record length.
The current Guinness record is held by Nick Stoeberl, a 26-year-old from California. His tongue measures 3.97 inches from its tip to the middle of the closed top lip, according to the Telegraph.
So could Blanco be the new record holder?
