If hell was a YouTube video this would be it – played on a loop for eternity at a deafening volume until ‘GET OUT OF MY CAR’ becomes no more than a methodical slur.
I feel like if this was a picture of hell, I would be left fantasising, in a dreamy imagination, of the good old days when ‘get out me car’ was just a viral vine which got blown well out of proportion. Not this chaos.
To be completely honest, you’ll have to make your own minds up on this video as it’s pretty impossible to tell who’s in the right and who’s in the wrong.
Essentially the video is just one big circular loop which begins with ‘get out of my car’ being roared from the driver’s mouth, and ends with the same thing too…
So anyhow – apparently the woman filming the ordeal asked her Uber driver to take her to the hospital, when they reached their destination however, she refused to get out of the car claiming she doesn’t know where she is.
He argues that they’re at the destination and orders her out, but she stays in the vehicle for a good three minutes.
At one particularly comedic part, the woman asks: ‘Why are you yelling at me?’.
And this is where the driver really, really loses his shit.
‘Because you won’t fucking get out of my car’, the driver roars back.
He then adds:
You kept me waiting too long. You showed up and told me you were in a hurry when you showed no actual effort to be in a hurry. Get out of my car now. We are at your destination.
The video, which is believed to have been shot in the United States, has been viewed over 300,000 times – but the majority (and I mean pretty much all) of the commenters are massively on the side of the Uber driver.
Even so, screaming bloody murder in the face of a female passenger (however annoying she might be) seems a bit excessive, doesn’t it?
In my eyes, the woman should’ve just hopped out of the vehicle, but the driver probably shouldn’t have lost his cool so easily.
