With the likes of Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates dropping out of university before earning billions, it’s fair to say that this route works extremely well for some.

And the latest to chuck in education for something a bit more lucrative is 21-year-old Elijah Oyefeso. He started stockbroking using his student loan and now trades on the stock market for just one hour a day to earn his income.

On a bad month he earns £20,000 to £30,000 and now lives in a £5,000-a-month flat, with a fleet of super cars. His most recent buy is a £125,000 Mercedes GTS.

Speaking to FEMAIL, Elijah, from Camberwell, London said: “On a good month, I earn between £70,000 and £80,000. If you work hard you don’t need to look at the price tag, you just get it.”

He claims he bought his first Mercedes when he was just 18, but not surprisingly, he faced jealously from his peers in the south London suburb after his success and says he now has no friends from the place he lived during his childhood.

He continued:

They’ve come from the same area and they’re still in the same area and went to school in the same area. My mum came from west Africa and came with probably £100 in her pocket.

Elijah ended up studying business management at the University of Buckingham, but instead of binging on booze and takeaways (admit it, this is probably where yours goes), he instead put it to good use.

He dropped out of university and started invested in the stock market with his cash and within nine months claims he was making tens of thousands of pounds.

Since, he has set up DCT Training Group to help other determined young people to get into trading. Elijah teaches them the basics and after a free trial of five days, he charges £107 a month for his knowledge and expertise.

He now has a £5,000 a month flat in Kensington, just a stone’s throw away from Harrods and has one of London’s flashiest cars in the form of gold Lamborghini which set him back an eye-watering £150,000.

He added:

When you’re little you’ve got your ideal car, you’ve got your dream car. Some kids are like ‘I want to get a Bugatti, I want to get a Ferrari’. Some people are like “yeah yeah.” But I got it.’ That was my dream, I worked for it, I got it.

However, he made headlines back in July when his Lamborghini crashed into his own Bentley, with the repair work costing £55,000 alone.
Rich peoples problems epitomised…

He also has an extensive collection of extravagant watches ranging from a Rolex to a Cartier, coming in at £21,000 each.

Now that he seems pretty set for life, he’s now decided to do something for someone else and is now building a five bedroom house for his mum in Africa costing around £76,000.

Fair play to the lad.
