How could we ever have doubted him?
After a dodgy 2015 season on the track, Usain Bolt stormed to victory in the World Championship 100m final in 9.79 seconds, beating rival Justin Gatlin by the narrowest of margins.
The Jamaican has not had a good time of it recently, and he was perhaps fortunate to even make the final after he stumbled out of the blocks in his semi-final run.
But, in typical Bolt fashion, he saved his best for last and silenced the doubters in epic fashion in Beijing.

Gatlin, a twice convicted drugs cheat, entered the final as the favourite and he led from the start, but Bolt roared back and overtook the American to pip him to the title by one hundredth of a second!
