Dr Sandra Lee, who apparently also goes by ‘Dr PimplePopper’, treated the patient in question for skin cancer. When she returned a week later they got into a conversation about the doctor’s YouTube channel, where she uploads videos of her popping spots, which is when the patient’s daughter pointed out the massive blackhead.
Obviously Dr PimplePopper couldn’t resist, and got down to business with a scalpel.

“This woman is truly amazing, for her vibrant and sassy personality, and for this huge blackhead she was hiding from me,” Dr Lee wrote. Weird.
