Film hard man Vin Diesel has somehow convinced himself that he’d be able to beat onscreen rival Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in a real fight.
Or at least that’s what UFC fighter Tyron Woodley claimed on Saturday saying Diesel had confronted him saying he could ‘flex’ on The Rock – no idea what ‘flex’ means but it doesn’t sound comfortable.
Anyway according to Woodley, who was attending the Guardians of the Galaxy premiere after party, Vin had a few words for the UFC Welterweight Champion who’d previously said The Rock would definitely take Vin in a fight.
Woodley said:
Vin Diesel yelled at me yesterday at the party because I said in a fight versus him and The Rock, I gave it to The Rock.
So he pulled up on me. Not in a violent way but he said ‘c’mon man, I would flex on The Rock’.
Sorry Vin but we’re calling bullshit on that one.
Now we’re not saying that Mr Diesel isn’t an impressive physical specimen, because he is, but seriously look at The Rock. He’s essentially what you get if you cross a demigod with a lump of granite.
Lets hope that The Rock’s not heard Vin’s claims as the dynamic duo have supposedly just made up after a pretty passive aggressive argument on social media about ‘someone’s behaviour’ on the set of Fast 8.
Apparently the musclebound pair have reportedly met multiple times in private to mend fences and work on fixing their relationship which hit a bumpy road.
According to TMZ the pair fell out over movie ‘real estate’, basically who gets the best scenes, love interests and time on camera. They were both allegedly being divas…
At least should the pair fall out again the end is within sight for the Fast franchise with the series supposedly ending with a tenth film.
We’re currently betting on it being called 10 Fast 10 Furious or Fast and the Fur10us…
