Sacha Baron Cohen has revived his old character, Kazakhstani cringe-maker Borat for a special TV appearance in which he ridicules everyones’ favourite wiggy-maniac, Donald Trump.
The 69-year-old presidential hopeful has made some truly terrible comments over the last few weeks, appearing to be pushing the boundaries of rational human thought in the process. He has already been mocked for his recent comments on Muslims, and now Baron Cohen has weighed in to pour fuel onto an already raging fire.
Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live as the controversial man from Kazakhstan, Cohen spent a few minutes mocking the republican, poking fun at him in classic Borat fashion:
I have come very serious, I come to make warning to U.S. and A., the frivolous nincompoops Sacha Cohen has returned. This man is a real pain in my exit holes. His characters are very, very offensive. Ali G, Bruno, and his new one, Donald Trump. The only person who would ban Muslims is someone with brain like female chicken. It is clearly a parody of the rich American racist.
Kimmel attempts to explain to Borat that Trump is in fact a real person, but Baron Cohen continues to take the piss saying Trump “does not look even real. Cohen spent all the money on orange paint for face and leave no money for wig.”
Obviously, there was an ulterior motive for the interview – Baron Cohen is promoting the February release of his upcoming film The Brothers Grimsby, which sees a top MI6 assassin (Mark Strong) on the run from the law, join forces with his long-lost brother (Sacha Baron Cohen) to save the world from a sinister plot.
