A woman from Montana has been arrested after being accused of forcing her ex boyfriend to have sex with her while ‘holding a machete to his face’.
19-year-old Samantha Ray Mears reportedly broke into the man’s home while he was out. They had previously been in a relationship for seven years.
When he returned, Mears allegedly confronted her ex with q machete and ‘ordered him to remove his clothes and lie on the bed’. The man was fearful of getting hurt and so did as he was told.
After removing her pants and climbing on top of him, Mears allegedly then proceeded to force him to have sexual intercourse against his will. She was reportedly still wielding the machete as she assaulted him.
According to KFBB, the man tried to get her to stop but she refused with reports suggesting she bit him on the arm before continuing to sexually assault him.
After the assault, Mears allegedly sat naked on the bed, still holding the large knife in her hands.
The man was able to take several photographs of Mears at this point, which he was later able to hand over to the police as evidence.
An argument ensued after the assault. It was at this point an angered Mears reportedly ripped a piece of trim from her ex’s wall and deliberately urinated on his bed.
At some point, the ex heard his sister enter the house and ‘sent her a text to leave’.
At around 11pm, the man was able to contact the authorities by saying he needed to ring a friend called ‘Doug.’ Instead he rang 911 for help.
Mears now faces six charges according to the Great Falls Tribune, including aggravated burglary, assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, partner family member assault and two counts of criminal mischief.
