A woman who was killed after a standoff with Baltimore County police was trying to live-stream the event, according to authorities.
Police requested that Facebook deactivate her account during the seven-hour standoff, Baltimore County police Chief Jim Johnson told reporters on Tuesday.
Her Facebook account was taken offline, but two one-minute videos were still on her Instagram account as of Tuesday afternoon and have now made their way to YouTube, CNN reports.
Korryn Gaines was wanted because she failed to appear in court for traffic charges. The 23-year-old pointed her gun at police officers who came to her Randallstown, Maryland apartment Monday morning.
According to reports, an officer shot her dead after Gaines pointed a gun directly at him and said: “If you don’t leave, I’m going to kill you.”
Before her death, Gaines posted one video of a policeman standing in her doorway.

Another video uploaded to her Instagram account shows her son sitting on the floor with the caption: “My son is not a hostage. He wants to be here in his home with his mother.”
When she presses him about what the police are trying to do, he answers: “They’re trying to kill us.”

The boy was shot in a limb and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It is unclear whether he was shot by a police officer or Gaines.

Gaines also posted videos at the end of March when she was pulled over by police, but it is unclear whether that was the incident that led to her arrest warrant, the Daily Mail reports.
She filmed herself and the officers during the traffic stop and said: “When you put your hands on me, I promise you will have to murder me.”

Gaines also posted an image four days ago showing Walter Scott, Samuel DuBose and Sandra Bland with the caption, ‘Smh could’ve been me, still can, but I’m aware and prepared’.
As details continued to emerge on Tuesday, the outrage towards police was accompanied by a slew of tweets questioning how people can rush to defend a woman who endangered her child.
