A woman who managed to shed 4.5 stone without going on some weird fad diet or hitting the gym has revealed the secret to her success.
The woman, known only as Tiffany, weighed 16 stone when she realised her weight was out of control and she felt constantly uncomfortable and depressed.
Vowing to turn her life around the young mother-of-two cut out all unhealthy food, eliminated dairy from her diet and started working out from home.
She told Popsugar:
I decided to 100 per cent commit to being done with ‘junk food.’ No more candy bars, sodas, or other things alike. I went dairy-free and gluten-free.
I felt better than I have ever felt in my life. No out-of-control cravings or anything. Just content.
Her hard work paid off and she slimmed down to 11 and a half stone, and became a successful social media personality.
Tiffany’s shared her story on Instagram and claims the support of her online ‘fit family’ is what keeps her motivated.
She said:
People message me every single day and tell me that I’m their motivation. That they’re on their weight-loss journey because I made them believe they could reach their goals.
I am setting an example for so many people, and it gives me purpose. I can’t let them down. I want everyone to achieve the change of life I have been so blessed to be able to achieve.
If anyone’s looking to follow in Tiffany’s footsteps she recommends no fad diet just healthy eating and exercise
