A woman in Texas was arrested after she pulled a gun on a man during an argument over karaoke.

Making sure the man knew he was the Kelly Rowland to her Beyoncé, 41-year-old Doris Vallejo-Godoy reportedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at a man in a karaoke bar when they started arguing about who would be next in line to sing.

According to local media, Vallejo-Godoy denied pointing her weapon directly at the man, but admitted she pulled it out ‘to calm him’ after the argument started.

The 41-year-old alleges the argument started when the man called her ‘bad names’, though he reportedly disputes this.

After the police arrived at the bar, the man told officers Vallejo-Godoy had hit him in the face and pointed the gun at him during the altercation.

According to Newsweek, the pair started arguing over who was next in line to sing.

The police report states that a waitress from the karaoke bar had attempted to restrain the woman after she’d pulled the gun out, but failed to do so. Vallejo-Godoy then apparently pointed the gun at the waitress and said: ‘I will [expletive] kill you.’

Vallejo-Godoy and her partner, who was also at the bar, then paid for their food and left, though the argument continued outside. When police arrived, the 41-year-old did not drop her weapon when asked, but instead placed it ‘in her waistband at the small of her back.’

After this, however, Vallejo-Godoy’s girlfriend then reportedly approached her, removed the gun from her waistband and passed it across the parking lot to the police, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Vallejo-Godoy was charged by police with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon. Her combined bail was set at $60,000.
