As reported by The New York Times, prosecutors told jurors how Hill ‘flew into a rage’ after noticing a satellite television bill that revealed a pornography channel had been added.
Deputy prosecutor Holden Raines reportedly informed jurors of how Hill had previously canceled the adult channel on prior occasions. She had fatally shot Frank after finding out he had added the channel again.
As reported by ABC7, Hill told the jury that she didn’t know what her intentions were when she shot at her husband’s feet, and that she hadn’t been thinking. She eventually said she had been trying to get his attention.
Hill, who described her marriage as being estranged, has said she did not know her third husband Frank would die when she shot at him after confronting him about the X-rated channel.

According to ABC7, Hill’s daughter, Andrea Cheshier, said:
I’ve never been away from her for more than two weeks in my whole life, without hugging her and kissing her and telling her I love her, it’s been hard.
She added:
A lot of times it feels like this is just a nightmare, but I kept saying how could she do that?
She’s the person who has loved everybody and spent her whole life taking care of people and she stayed with him to take care of him and so it was shocking and almost impossible to believe.
