If, like me, you’re still slightly sore you never received a Hogwarts letter because it meant you missed out on a delicious feast in the great hall, then don’t worry – you may be able to experience the culinary delights of the kitchen elves soon enough.
A four-course Harry Potter Christmas feast is coming to Rochdale, Greater Manchester, complete with Butterbeer, Hogwarts-style décor and wizarding themed music and entertainment.
Tickets are now on sale for the event, which takes place in the stunning Rochdale town hall on Friday 15 December and Saturday 16 December.
The ticket price includes a drink on arrival, hot and cold canapes, parking and free use of the cloak room!
Even better, the event organisers have also promised a few ‘familiar special guests’ will be ‘apparating’ at the feast later in the night.
An early bird ticket will cost £48 and they’re available until 3 November while general admission tickets cost £60.

More of a concept than a journalist, Tom Percival was forged in the bowels of Salford University from which he emerged grasping a Masters in journalism.
Since then his rise has been described by himself as ‘meteoric’ rising to the esteemed rank of Social Editor at UNILAD as well as working at the BBC, Manchester Evening News, and ITV.
He credits his success to three core techniques, name repetition, personality mirroring, and never breaking off a handshake.
