A video blogger from the UK is “lucky to be alive” after stupidly deciding to jump off London’s Tower Bridge for a dare.
Shah Faisal Shinwari allegedly did the stunt in order to ‘get over his fear of heights’, but after tumbling over the side, he smacks the murky waters below in a less than perfect fashion.
The 17-year-old, who runs semi-popular YouTube channel, Carnage, can then be seen struggling to swim against the current after swallowing dirty water. Any weak swimmers at this point could have found themselves in a much worse situation.
The video then shows Shinwari lying in his swimming shorts on the other side of the river after being rescued by the RNLI, where he is then treated by medical staff.
At the end of the video, he addresses the stunt and states that it was “the most stupid thing he has ever done” and goes on to explain how close to death he felt he came.

We agree. Don’t be an idiot for a few YouTube views. You could wind up in an amublance, or worse.
