Conservative YouTuber and conspiracy theorist Lane Davis was recorded in disturbing audio just moments before allegedly murdering his father after he labelled his son a Nazi and a racist.
Davis who operated under the name Seattle4Truth (his YouTube channel) has been accused of stabbing his father Charles ‘Chuck’ Lane at their home in Skagit County, Washington in July.
Prior to Chuck’s stabbing, recorded audio can be heard of his son threatening him and his wife Catherine, the recording was obtained by The Daily Beast.

The audio, which was published on The Daily Beast, features a 911 emergency call made by Catherine who told the operator her son was chasing them around their house and ‘ranting about stuff on the internet’. He also appears to have called them ‘leftists’ and ‘paedophiles’.
33-year-old Lane, who has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his father, was a prolific supporter of Donald Trump. He would frequently post on Reddit threads supporting pro-Trump conspiracies and recorded on his YouTube channel expressing conservative right-wing views.
Furthermore he was an unpaid intern for controversial alt-right rabble-rouser Milo Yiannopoulos.
On his YouTube channel Lane Davis would constantly talk about the perceived link between ‘the left’ and its connection to ‘paedophilia’.
In the lead-up to his father’s death, his mother Catherine made several calls to the police.
In the first call she told the operator her son was:
… not physically threatening us or anything.
He just gets out of control and he’s ranting about stuff from the internet.
When the dispatch operator asked if Lane was drunk, on drugs or had a history of mental disorder Catherine said no but added he had been not been working and he happens to go on these frequent ‘rampages’.
When advised to keep away from him until the police arrive she replied:
We’re trying to but he’s chasing us around the house.
He’s mad about something on the internet about leftist paedophiles and he thinks we’re leftist and he’s calling us paedophiles. And I don’t know what all.
He just lives on the internet and he gets really worked up about everything that’s going on. He needs an intervention of some kind here..
Even though she hung up Chuck kept recording and around the 12-minute mark Lane is heard saying:
OK well, so here’s the deal. If I am going to go to prison for threatening to kill somebody, I mean…
His dad can be heard pleading with him to ‘Leave the knife alone’ while Catherine reassures him they don’t want to send him to prison, only to get help.
Lane responds to them saying:
So, you are going to send me to prison?
My life is over.
Mintues later a screaming Catherine can be heard telling 911 ‘He stabbed him [Chuck]’ and later repeating ‘He’s dead, he’s dead, he’s dead’.
73-year-old Charles Lane, a maritime lawyer and grandfather of two had been allegedly stabbed in the chest by his son with a chef’s knife.
Since Lane’s arrest, a spokesperson for Yiannapoulos released a statement to The Daily Beast distancing himself from Davis, saying:
Mr. Davis was a volunteer for me for a brief period of time prior to my founding MILO Inc. I was unhappy with his work and discontinued the relationship.
Ralph Retort, an alt-right blog who Davis wrote for, was also quick distance themselves from the accused who they labelled ‘a 33-year-old unemployed loser’.
Editor Ethan Ralph added:
Anybody who even slightly disagreed with Lane became the brunt of his verbal attacks and he would often label his detractors as ‘leftist paedos’.
Since his arrest Lane Davis has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his father Charles. His trial is scheduled for January.
