Just when you think you’ve seen pretty much everything, a squirrel turns up on bloody Mars.
That’s right, source of all things weird and not so wonderful, UFO Sightings Daily, are getting very excited about this official NASA photograph taken by the Curiosity Rover just after it landed on Mars five years ago.
They believe this ‘squirrel’, which definitely is not just another rock, is undeniable proof that NASA are currently trialling a top-secret experiment with animals on the red planet. Riiight.
And their reasoning for withholding such information from the like of you and me? Because we’d be pissed off with their blatant animal rights violations. To say we’re somewhat sceptical would be an understatement.
‘UFO expert’ and well known crackpot Scott C Waring said:
A lot of people are emailing me saying that this squirrel was part of a NASA experiment to test how long it would live on the surface of Mars and I do believe this does sound like something they might do.
Why would they not tell us about it? Because the squirrel would be expected to die eventually and that would get PETA to fight against them in a court of law.
Surely NASA have a lot better things to do then just drop a random rodent on another planet. What next? A rat on Jupiter? A mouse on Neptune?
C’mon guys, gimme a break.
