Klopp’s Return To Dortmund Ends Level, But Twitter Had Fun

Jurgen Klopp’s return to Dortmund went better than expected, as Liverpool claimed a 1-1 draw in Germany.

Much of the build up to the match was centred around the return to the Signal Iduna Park of Klopp, and perhaps it was fitting that neither side claimed the win as it ended 1-1.

Divock Origi put the English side ahead, before Mats Hummels buried a header past Simon Mignolet to level things up, ensuring the Scousers did a whole lot better than Spurs did a few weeks back.

Whether he waited or not, he didn’t miss much else as it ended level, leaving Liverpool right in it going into the second leg.
