To put it into context for those who for some reason, are not aware, Johnson was a Sunderland football player who was convicted of grooming and sexual activity with a child last year.
But his ex girlfriend Stacey Flounders, 27 – who has a two-year-old daughter with Johnson – has now been seen out and about, getting cosy with Gary Madine, a striker for Bolton Wanderers, the Mirror reports.

It’s still early days, but Stacey really likes Gary. They’re getting to know each other and Adam is aware of their relationship.
She knows all about Gary’s past, but believes him when he says he’s a changed man.
Her ex-boyfriend Johnson showed himself for the disturbing man he really is though, after footage emerged this week, showing him saying he ‘wished’ he had actually raped the 15-year-old girl he was found guilty of grooming. I’ll say no more…
Madine however, served 16 weeks of his 18 month jail sentence and for the other attack, was ordered to do 250 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £1,500 in compensation to his victim.
At the time of his release he said in a statement:
I’m sorry for letting so many down. Wednesday could easily have sacked me, I’m under no illusions.
It was tough being in prison having to watch the Football League Show on TV, watching everyone scoring goals. I don’t ever want to go back to that. I let my ego get the better of me. Now I’m a changed man and I’m keeping my feet planted firmly on the floor.
Maybe prison was a blessing in disguise, but I’m hoping it’s all behind me now and I can come up a better person.

Despite Madine’s turbulent past, sources say Stacey is keen to move on with her life after Johnson’s conviction last march.
They added:
No matter who Stacey dates, Adam will always be their daughter’s dad. She needs to have contact for the sake of their child, but is determined to live her own life.
Adam has accepted their relationship is over and knows she is moving on. She just wants a quiet life.
