Carl Froch debuted his new nose on Sky Sports News, during a preview of Saturday’s big fight.
Froch’s cosmetic work actually seemed to provide more entertainment to fans than the impending middleweight showdown between Kel Brook and Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin (GGG).

The four-time world champion has a history of sinus problems, so his choice to go under the knife may or may not have been medical.
All the same, the Internet reacted accordingly, with a sense of humour and respect disguised as ridicule:
Shame Carl Froch can't have surgery on his awful personality.
