Ronda Rousey shocked the MMA world earlier this week when she admitted that her upcoming match against Amanda Nunes will be one of her ‘last fights’.

Now Dana White, the President of the mixed martial arts organisation Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has explained what’s next for one of MMA’s best known ambassadors.

It seems that after Rousey leaves the octagon for the last time she’ll be heading to Tinsel town with aspirations of making it big as an actor.

While speaking to TMZ White said:

She made a lot of money. She accomplished what she set out to do. And she loves acting. She loves acting. She’s good at it. If she dedicated herself to it, she would be even better at it.

I think when she says she’s done, she’s done. She stopped doing Judo and moved on to Mixed Martial Arts, and I think when she’s done with that, she will probably move on to acting.

Ronda Rousey‘s already impressed onscreen in both the Expendables 3 and Furious 7 (the less said about The Entourage Movie the better) so it’s not too odd a career move.

Now that I think about it a Space Jam-style movie with MMA instead of basketball could be an amazing film…
