Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past 24 hours or haven’t had access to the Internet for whatever reason, it should come as no surprise to you that the Spice Girls have reformed and a reunion tour is looking extremely likely.
Rumours were flying around all of Friday (Feb 2) about the reunion of one of the biggest pop groups to have ever graced these British Isles, nay… the world, as Baby, Sporty, Scary, Ginger and Posh were all spotted congregating under the same roof – something that hasn’t happened in public at least in a very long time.
Pictures of Mel B, Mel C and Emma Bunton all arriving at Geri Halliwell’s house sent the rumour mill into overdrive but there was initially no sign of Victoria.
However, fans were abated when it was in fact Victoria who posted a picture to Instagram of all five Spice Girls back together again with a caption that suggested they’d be touring the world together again.
Naturally, the amount they’d be earning if they went on the tour surfaced and it’d be close to £10 million each. It would not take a lot to get me to repeat my 90s antics for £10 million.
Apparently, Posh Spice has however asked she doesn’t sing in case it hurts her fashion business.
After the initial excitement had died down, fans who’d been staring at the famous five back together again began to see their eyes wander away from the pop legends and towards something in the background which fans began to speculate might be a little… untoward.
Fans were extremely quick to point it out with one saying, ‘How’s that gear on the phone!!!’ and another claiming, ‘Nice line of coke on the mobile phone in the back ground!’
Another said, ‘omg my friend just tagged me, there’s a fat line on the phone in the background.’
One clever dickie said, ‘That sugar can’t be good on the phone no?’
Lol, right? It seems that was all anyone could talk about.
i for one would rather see a spice girls comeback on cocaine than off cocaine, if those are the options pic.twitter.com/92vY9lQCLG

Of course, it’s almost certainly just a reflection from some light but when has that ever stopped the Internet from making up their own facts about an image.
Not long ago it was Kim Kardashian being accused of doing lines of cocaine when it was clearly just the pattern of a marble surface. And now it’s the Spice Girls turn.
Maybe it’s for reasons like this they have put off a reunion tour for so long?
Anyway, a source close to the band told The Sun:
This is the pop reunion no one thought would ever happen again. But after a long period of negotiation Victoria agreed the time is right to work on new projects this near.
It’s very exciting because she has always been adamant she wouldn’t go back…
Victoria and Geri agreed it would be impossible to be part of a fully-fledged tour because of family and business commitment.
Now that she’s a top designer Victoria is concerned about singing but she wants to make money to pump back into her business.
Just like the Spice Girls once said, I guess friendship really does never end – so to all my friends out there, sorry, you’ve got to put up with me forever.
