Former UFC middleweight Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller has been arrested again.
The MMA fighter is no stranger to finding himself on the wrong side of the law, and his latest arrest, for painting graffiti on a tattoo parlour on January 27, came while ‘Mayhem’ was on bail for assaulting police.
In October of last year Miller was tasered by police after reportedly throwing a ceramic tile at a deputy, as well as a fire extinguisher and metal rod.
The 35-year-old is in custody at the Orange County Men’s Central Jail with bail set at $1 million -roughly £883,000- reports MMA Fighting.

The arrest is the latest worrying incident which raises questions about Miller’s mental health.
In 2012 while promoting his role in Here Comes The Boom, Miller would not drop the guise of a fictional character while speaking to Ariel Helwani before terminating the interview entirely.
Miller also live tweeted a standoff with California Police as they attempted to arrest him on suspicion of domestic violence and stalking in October of 2014.
According to the Daily Mail it lasted for four hours in total before officers eventually took him in.
i need to tell everyone about the absolute waste of resources going on outside of my house right now. i am counting no less than 5 officers.

they also have allocated use of a chopper, which cost approx. 12 Grand an Hour to operate, along with taking time away from REAL emergencies

I WISH YOU NO HARM. I respect the Police, but this is overkill, for something that would be settled with one piece of paperwork from OCBAIL

You lie. All he has yelled into his squeaky bullhorn is "JASON MILLER, THIS IS THE @OCSD WE HAVE A WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST. COME OUTSIDE!!!"

@Lovesheryl915 @OCSD I AM. BUT THEY HAVE ALL THE GUNS. And they are all scared. I have none, and I have no fear. I just have much to do.

The most bizarre crime on ‘Mayem’s’ record is perhaps his arrest for breaking and entering a church where he was found naked in August 2012.
Pastor Brian Anderson did report that following the incident Miller was highly remorseful.
He told KTLA:
I met with him when he was being arrested at the church. He was very apologetic from day one. He took care of absolutely every cost of the damages. We’ve been good buds ever since.
Miller was due to fight with Italy’s Venator FC promotion against Luke Barnatt on May 21, with Venator president Frank Merenda allegedly claiming the fight remains on.
Here’s hoping Miller can get the help he needs.
