It was billed as one of the biggest North London derbies of all time.
Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur fans called it a fight for the title – other people may see it as a fight for second given how well Leicester City are doing – but there’s no denying it was a huge six pointer.
The pride of North London was the least of the losers concerns, and after going behind to an Aaron Ramsey goal, Spurs fans started to panic.
They shouldn’t have worried, because Arsenal standardly self destructed and went down to ten men, let Spurs take the lead and nearly broke Twitter.
Hugo Lloris messed up royally to let Arsenal back in it, and all in all, it summed up both sides as Leicester were the big winners.
Here’s how the internet reacted…
Welcoming…
Well that's welcoming. #THFCvAFC pic.twitter.com/yGNCMIlQ05

Obviously those Ramsey rumours started up again…
They're watching the match, but don't think it's sunk in that Aaron Ramsey scored that goal yet. #Pray4Celebs pic.twitter.com/jNF8oeBXj0

Celebrities beware. Ramsey is on the score sheet. #THFCvAFC

There’s a stat for you…
Only Leicester (18) have scored the first goal in more Premier League games this season than Arsenal (17). pic.twitter.com/4JR7EKfyng

Interesting…
Spurs have won more points from losing positions than any other team this season (17). Discipline required 2nd half Arsenal.

Accurate…
Aaron Ramsey starting on the far right then drifting into the middle is exactly what Donald Trump's campaign will look like in 3 months.

You mean he isn’t?
Apparently because Piers Morgan is a celebrity and shouts loud media has decided he's some sort of authority on Arsenal football

Blame game..
Coquelin see what you've done
— e. (@estrellapreto) March 5, 2016
All that hard work undone, cheers Coquelin.
— James (@JECook96) March 5, 2016
If Arsenal dropped points today, It is only Francis Coquelin's fault.

You always score against your former clubs…
Wonder how many times I'll see a photo of Harry Kane in an Arsenal shirt as a kid today?

Someone spoke too soon..
Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez cost nearly £80m between them and have really changed very very little at #afc.
— Adam Drury (@Adam_Drury1) March 5, 2016
What has happened to Alexis Sanchez? He's been awful for months now.
