Manchester United fans saw their pre-season tour of the USA take a disastrous turn following their defeat to Paris Saint Germain, with concerns over the mental state and match fitness of David De Gea growing following the news that Sergio Ramos will be staying at Real Madrid.
United boss Louis van Gaal is probably not overly concerned with the results, after all the club did beat Barcelona, and luckily for the Red Devils boss, Wayne Rooney has now managed to get the spotlight firmly off United’s latest result after tweeting a handwritten message following United’s final game.
Rooney tweeted this to thank fans after United’s tour of the USA:

The note was obviously met with widespread ridicule, given it really did look like he had let son Kai lose with the crayons…
