She’s the Brazilian former Playboy model who has a rather serious obsession with Barcelona striker Lionel Messi, and also one woman who the Argentine’s wife, Antonella Roccuzzo, doesn’t particularly like.
That’s because she constantly uses her Instagram page to bombard Messi with raunchy photos of herself, usually wearing very little, accompanied by messages wishing him a happy birthday, or congratulating him on his latest goals for Barca.
After months of photos, Messi blocked Cortez on Instagram, and the model has now launched a campaign to get herself unblocked, using her 900,000 followers for support.

Much of this has to do with his girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo who has, rather unsurprisingly not taken well to the idea of a model sending her partner x-rated posterior pics.
I was surprised and upset after finding my profile blocked. I do not believe it was the Messi, so I launched the campaign #UnBlockMeMessi
Instagram/suzycortezoficialHer first post using that particular hashtag was liked by 22,000 of Cortez’s followers, and you can be sure Messi’s social media accounts received more than a few messages passing the message on.
Cortez is the reigning ‘Miss Bumbum Brazil’, which is a pretty big deal in Brazil, where bums are considered a matter of national pride.
Some carnival models have their backsides covered by insurance companies, but Cortez prefers to use hers to plague one of the world’s best footballers with scantily clad snaps.
Whether or not the campaign works will remain to be seen, but if Messi’s wife has anything to do with it, I’m pretty sure the ban will remain for a little longer.
