UFC fans are just one day away from witnessing the return of Ronda Rousey to action, and she is looking ready!
Rowdy hasn’t fought since being knocked out by Holly Holm in November of 2015, but she will reenter the Octagon to immediately challenge for a title against Amanda Nunes.
The former bantamweight champ shared a snap on Instagram proving that she is in possibly the best shape of her career.
The U.S. medal winning Olympian is looking lean, but is clearly packing muscle too.
As she points out in the image she is certainly more ripped than when she prepared to fight ‘Alpha’ Cat Zingano.
And she’s appears to possess more muscle mass than when she fought Beth Correia…

Meanwhile Dana White has moved to clarify the fighter’s absence from the media limelight.
As reported by MMA Fighting, the UFC president said:
Listen, Ronda has given more than anybody.
If you look at the amount of press that’s been done by any fighter in the UFC in UFC history, Ronda smokes everybody by a long shot. And this is the way she wanted it.
The only thing she cares about right now is focusing on winning. So, she’s done a lot of things for this company. I say it all the time, about Conor (McGregor) too — Ronda’s done a lot of things for us. This is what she wanted, so I gave it to her.

So Rowdy is focused on the work behind the scenes to make a winning return, but being in great physical shape and being in peak fighting shape are two different things.
Ronda will need her skills to do the speaking come tomorrow night in Las Vegas.
