Ronda Rousey Looks More Ripped Than Ever Ahead Of Next Fight

The Ronda Rousey who steps into the Las Vegas Octagon on December 30th to fight Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 may be the most ripped version of the former UFC champion we’ve ever seen.

Rousey has remained largely out of the public eye since her devastating KO loss to Holly Holm at November 2015’s UFC 193 – a stark contrast from her media-centered career last year.

She reportedly had to be ‘consoled’ following her face-off with ‘The Lioness’ at the UFC 205 weigh-ins and with next week’s match against the current titleholder, many are saying the women’s bantamweight title bout is a ‘wildcard’ match-up.

But if recent photos Rousey posted on Instagram are anything to go by, ‘Rowdy’ is more than in shape and ready than ever.

Holm brought an abrupt end to Ronda Rousey’s reign at the top of the women’s bantamweight division when she landed a head kick that rendered Rousey unconscious in the UFC 193 main event. But if Rousey’s insane muscles and determination is any indication, she may just have a better chance at winning back the title next week.

Holm said during the UFC post-fight press conference on Fox 22:

I feel like anybody can win in this game. We’re all fighting against the top fighters in the world, and anything can happen, and everybody is just a person, and anybody can be beat. So I don’t really put a lot into predictions. I do think that it’s going to depend on what Ronda we see.

Looking at her Instagram, it looks like we’re going to be seeing a super ripped and ready Ronda.
