The Ten Biggest C*nts In Football During 2015

By :

It may be the beautiful game, but footballers certainly have a reputation for leaving a fair bit to be desired.

Their skill on the field is usually marred with shocking behaviour off it, not to mention some even more unsavoury incidents on it.

Keeping that in mind, it’s not been too hard to make a top ten biggest cunts in football – and there are some players who don’t even make the cut (yes JT we’re looking at you).

Others, like Luis Suarez have been on the nice list this year – but there were plenty of people queuing up to take his spot.

With that in mind, here are the biggest cunts in football from the past 12 months.

Jose Mourinho

Telegraph

The Chelsea boss is an acquired taste, and has always been followed by controversy, but since his side’s title defence went as well as Rafa Benitez’s attempts at winning El Clasico, he has become worse and worse.

His behaviour towards Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearn alone would probably get him a place on the list, but coupled with his touchline antics, general behaviour towards the press and his team (because subbing a sub is never ok), Jose shouldn’t expect much from Santa this year, because he’s been a very bad boy.

Snakes aka Raheem Sterling, Fabian Delph and Angel Di Maria

We may as well lump these guys in one pot together.

The transfer sinners of the year. We all know Di Maria decided to run off and leave Manchester United after his WAG asked him to, and did f*ck all during his record transfer there anyway.

Raheem, Raheem, what’s the score Sterling is hated by all who love the Reds on Merseyside after defecting to City, but the fans were more bothered about the way he and his agent went about engineering the move than actually leaving for a side who might win the league (pre-Klopptimism obviously).

Speaking of going about moves the wrong way, step front and centre Mr Delph. Fabian pledged his loyalty to Aston Villa, penned a new deal and promptly left the club he was captaining in order to sit on the bench at the Etihad. Frankly, he’d be more use sitting in the stands and trying to convince people City actually had fans.

Piers Morgan

Metro

Yep, he’s not a footballer, a manager or even an official but he has to make the list.

Someone who sums up Arsenal fans to a tee. In fact, they could probably have their own entry for the #WengerIn, #WengerOut mobs.

Morgan cannot help himself but get on Twitter before, during and after a game.

To put it simply, he’s a wanker generally, but when it comes to football, he goes up a gear – even for him.

Mike Ashley

The Mag

The worst owner in football?

There is some strong competition for that role, but Ashley has destroyed Newcastle United and shows no signs of stopping.

Protests and ‘Ashley Out’ chants are a seasonally occurrence for the Toon army, and this season with the Wally with a Brolly at the helm, things are worse than ever before.

Sepp Blatter

Well actually, this could go for just about anyone at FIFA or indeed UEFA.

Platini isn’t much better, and Jack Warner even has a shout at making the list after his lifetime ban.

Basically, if in doubt, most footballing governing bodies are corrupt, and as the most powerful of the lot, FIFA are inevitably the worst.

David Luiz / Edinson Cavani

A joint entry for the two PSG players, who after the atrocious attacks on the French capital stated their desire to remain in South America, and not return.

While the world was mourning and showing their support for Paris, the duo managed to undo a huge amount of the good work their fellow footballers had done to support the city.

Absolutely shameful.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Marca

Probably someone who would get a place on the list most years in the eyes of some people, but after his celebration on stage when winning the Ballon d’Or, it seemed Ronaldo really did want to be known as the most arrogant player on the planet.

The film staring the Real Madrid forward, self titled ‘Ronaldo’, naturally, hasn’t really made things any better in the eyes of his detractors.

That’s mainly down to the fact it’s even more egotistical than if Zlatan and Lord Bendtner combined forces and made their own offering.

Gonzalo Jara

Independent

You might not recognise the name, but you’ll certainly remember him for his Copa America behaviour.

He stuck his finger up Edinson Cavani’s bum and enraged the forward so badly the Uruguayan managed to get himself sent off.

Jara managed to get himself a subsequent ban and a plethora of abuse from fans and the media – and rightly so.

Hector Moreno

He said he didn’t mean the tackle on Luke Shaw, then followed it up with another one just as bad.

Moreno is rightly disliked by the Old Trafford faithful, and despite the PSV fans unveiling a banner for Luke Shaw, it doesn’t change the fact the young left back was absolutely flying, and now is facing a long, hard road to recovery.

Carlos Tevez has also been a villain with some shocking tackles this year and is someone who deserves a mention on the cunt list.

Diego Costa

Daily News Service

If there was a winner of the award, the Chelsea man would be odds on favourite.

His behaviour last season was shocking at times, and retrospective bans seem to follow him around like Ballon d’Ors do Lionel Messi.

At least Chelsea fans and Jose Mourinho could defend his behaviour last season by pointing to his goals. For the second half of 2015, that has not been the case.

Costa is now as woeful in front of goal as he is at controlling his temper, and there’s only so long Mourinho and Chelsea will put up with it.
