Wayne Rooney isn’t the most social media savvy footballer out there.
When he first joined Twitter, he managed to tweet himself asking if teammate Rio Ferdinand needed picking up in the morning to go to training, and he’s been at it again.
Despite having Twitter for some time now, Rooney failed to realise that if you ‘like’ a tweet, the general public can see that.
Poor Wazza then liked a tweet that was rather NSFW and the ridicule poured down.
It’s been a good start to the season for Rooney under new Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, which has gone some way to making up for the abysmal summer.
A summer where he was caught weeing in bushes and saw England dumped out of Euro 2016 by the mighty Iceland.
This is by no means the first time Rooney has ended up making a mockery of himself on Twitter.
