Vince McMahon’s trainer has lifted the lid on how the 70-year-old ex-wrestler manages to maintain his massive physique.

Mike Monteforte, McMahon’s trainer and workout partner, spilled the beans on the WWE boss in an interview with Muscle & Fitness and explained that Vince has ‘unbelievable strength’.

The elderly man’s work rate is astounding and he reportedly performs three giant sets containing three different exercises in each.

The magazine said his first set consists of lat pull-downs, bent-over barbell rows and dumbbell shrugs for 15 reps with no rest in between.

McMahon then moves onto his second and third sets, which contain an insane number of exercises with almost no break in-between each set. For a more detailed breakdown of the workout read the full article here, it really is mad that a bloke in his 70s can do this shit.

But he’snot done there. To finish is a CrossFit-style performance workout with battle rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and springs. And just in case he’s not completely exhausted, he finishes off his 90-minute session with an ab workout.

I’m in my twenties and I can’t do 15 minutes on the treadmill, this guy puts me to shame.
